Following the overwhelmingly positive vote by parishioners in support of the Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) the NDP was formally adopted or Made into the Cornwall Council planning process on the 21st of July 2023.
The NDP will now provide a community shaped and owned planning framework for all future planning applications and decisions.
The documents in the panel to the right contain the final NDP and its supporting appendices as well as an NDP policies summary.
The remaining sections of this website detail the process, stages and information that underpinned the NDP through the three-year journey taken to develop and adopt the NDP.
The NDP will be in place until 2030 where it will need to be formally reviewed and updated.
